The scouting report
Top traders
How it’s ranked
- Total estimated win value from players each manager received in scored trades, including negative values. This adds up their own package values, not the gap against the other side.
- Uses the same grades as Trade regrets: championship-path playoff games count 2×; draft-pick trades and FAAB are excluded. Unscored trades aren’t counted.
Head to head
Each cell is the row manager’s all-time record against the column manager (wins–losses): blue where the row manager leads, red where they trail, — never played.

How is luck measured?
- We compare your record with how you’d have done against every team each week.
- Blue means the schedule helped; red means it hurt. Values are the difference in win rate, in percentage points.
Injury luck
Injuries dodged by trading
Players traded away who then got hurt with their new team: the points the trade spared you.
How is injury luck measured?
- A game lost: a player who misses a regular-season game his NFL team plays (byes don’t count), charged to the team that had him the last time he played.
- It keeps counting if he’s dropped or traded while out, and stops the week he plays again, wherever he is. A player picked up already hurt doesn’t count.
- Each game is worth what he’d have given you over a replacement: his projection going in (his average weekly projection, in this league’s scoring, over the games he played that season before the absence) less what a replacement at his position scored a game that season (the players just outside the league’s starting lineups, by points per game). Only players projected for 10+ points a game count; partial games count as played.
- Managers are ranked per game: points lost divided by the regular-season games they played in the seasons shown, so a manager who joined later compares evenly. The all-time card needs a full season (14+ games).
- Dodged by trading: when the team a player got hurt with had traded for him (and he played for it first), the team that traded him away is credited with the same points. After several trades, the last team to trade him away before the injury.
- Box scores can’t tell an injury from a suspension or a benching.
Seasons of scoring

How to read this chart
- Average points per game, from completed seasons. Brighter squares mean higher scores.
- 🏆 Champion · ○ Runner-up · — Didn’t play that season
The draft board
Late-round steals round 7+, no QBs
Early-round busts rounds 1–3
Which picks count?
- Completed seasons only. Points are the player’s total for the year, even if they changed fantasy teams.
- Steals start at round 7 and exclude QBs. Busts come from rounds 1–3.

How trades are ranked
- Win value estimates how much the received players helped each team. Only players in that week's best possible lineup earn credit. Players who were benched, dropped, or traded away earn none.
- We subtract a positional replacement score from each counted player's actual points, combine the package's weekly difference, then convert it to win value. Negative weeks can hurt. Bigger scores have diminishing returns.
- Replacement is the weekly NFL scoring rank implied by the league's starting slots and team count. Flex starts are shared equally among eligible positions; fractional ranks round up. This method is used throughout, rather than guessing who was available on waivers.
- Playoff games count 2× until elimination. Byes and consolation games don't count. Only completed weeks and games that started after the trade count.
- A gap above 1.00 is a fleece; above 0.30 is a win; 0.30 or less is even. Multiparty trades compare the highest and lowest package values, with every participant in the receipts.
- This is hindsight value, not actual wins caused by a trade. The model uses a 20-point team-score standard deviation and an average opponent. Player values share their package's weekly value in proportion to their points above replacement.
- Sleeper's weekly rosters and that season's scoring are used. Exact lineup-lock and historical IR/taxi eligibility aren't available. Missing data isn't treated as a zero; affected trades are left out. Draft-pick trades are excluded, FAAB is ignored, and the cost of cutting other players isn't counted.
